As the founder of Chaos I still find time to experience other passions such as skiing, hiking and shooting, beyond my obsession with creative thinking and good design. I'm privileged to be surrounded by a talented team who share my enthusiasm for achieving great things.
My career has taken me from designer to Director and I am still hands on with many of the projects. What have I learnt? - that embracing change is a key asset in life.

I love variety, always have. From growing up in London to studying design in Falmouth. From attempting outrageous finesse shots on the tennis court to baking enough home made bread to make Paul Hollywood proud.
As a designer I love creating big ideas and using them to produce everything and anything from brands to websites to animations. But I’ll never stop being obsessed with line endings.

I’m very bubbly, enjoying the variety of my clients and good banter with the creative team, who get tea vouchers when they’re good. If I wasn’t in marketing, I would do something equally creative, especially coming from a large and very theatrical family.
In fact, I was once in an Italian underwater commercial for mineral water (filmed not so luxuriously in a Twickenham swimming pool!)

My role means I have to be a whizz with figures, a tough guy on due paperwork and a mentor on processes and systems. I love working with great designers, love my music & movies & am city gal at heart.
My greatest passion & achievements by far are my two grown kids. My pet hate is feeling cold (hence my tropical office!) My pet loves? A big fluffy cat called Harvey and a daily fix of Green and Blacks Chocolate.

I took my first steps into the real world in PR and quickly realised that my passion lay in Marketing. At Chaos, I have come to feel like a valued member of one big chaotic family, and I LOVE it. It’s great working daily with a variety of clients because no day is ever the same.
As one that enjoys a good laugh, working closely with the creative team, there is a constant flow of banter that always manages to put a smile on my face.

Having been in marketing all my career, I’ve had the pleasure of managing some great campaigns for top brand clients. Although my role involves working under pressure to tight deadlines, I find this strangely enjoyable and satisfying.
I love socialising and meeting new people, and have a bizarre fascination for all things weird and wonderful.

My background is London advertising, my sideline racing commentary. I love the great outdoors, a decent pint, anything competitive and the missus but words are my best friends. I’ve written books for children, radio comedy and epic treasure hunts as well as countless campaigns, creative strategies and well chosen words that win clients business.
My destiny seems inextricably linked to slow horses and fast headlines.

Having studied Fine Art and History of Art before my career in marketing, I retain a lifelong passion for art and great design and get a real buzz from working with creative people. My other true love is my family. With two little daughters, I'm totally completely out-numbered at home where pink is starting to take over.
My great escapes are getting abroad, watching horror movies and a fascination for medieval history where pink is less dominant!

I started out as a creative entrepreneur and ended up an Account Director with a mild obsession for helping people and brands reach their full potential. Having run my own businesses, I know exactly what clients need (and what they definitely don’t). I speak fluent strategy, creative, and “please just make my life easier”.
Whilst South African at heart, I’ve lived in the UK and Norway, and I’ve worked with clients like Deliveroo, JLR, Novo Nordisk and the Zenergi – from big ideas to the tiniest details.
When I’m not knee-deep in a rebrand or marketing strategy, I’m probably underwater scuba diving, dreaming of the mountains, or cooking up a storm while dancing to Vintage Italian classics with a glass of vino in hand. (Yes, that’s a niche playlist. No, I won’t change it.)

Brought up in Oz, I’m a bit of a techno wizard with a passion for spells of cullinary magic too. At work, I’m constantly putting new technologies and digital practices on the menu, helping inspire clients to unsame their brands though digital marketing.
At home I’m constantly inventing new ways to get my son ready for school on time. Surely the new time machine is only a question of time...

Gunners 2-0 down, no tea bags left, last orders please. Totally unacceptable. Chicken Jalfrezi, Magritte exhibition, Q Magazine. Now you’re talking.
Juggling loads of things at the same time? With 3 kids at home, piece of cake. And of course, 18 years at the creative coalface.

As the daughter of a designer, I grew up watching the creative process unfold in my father's studio, which ignited my passion for all things design. Now, I’m the one who gets to enjoy the thrill of a fast-paced agency, a tight deadline, and a brilliant idea brought to life.
Outside of work I’m kept busy nurturing the next generation of creative minds. I have an unhealthy addiction to buying plants and a love for all things green.

With all other male members of my family tradesmen, I decided to buck the trend and go for trend-setting brand design instead. I ply my trade from a comfy chair and use creative tools to shape brands that look good and make a real difference.
I’m a graduate of Falmouth University, proud to have D&AD New Blood Pencil to my name. In a past life I ran the London Marathon, but now focus my energy on running out great work that stands the test of time.

Once known for ‘living the wild life’ of playing in bands, I’ve now hung up the axe and picked up the ‘bins’ to concentrate on watching the ‘living of wildlife’. The calm delight of normal, and the sudden rush of the unexpected is shared between my hobby and passion for all things digital.
I love to focus on engaging user-friendly designs, resulting in a geeky passion for gadgets and pixel perfection.

A serial multi-tasker who falls in love with any sport I try for more than five minutes. The current obsessions are running and golf, with a bit of hiking with our two dogs sprinkled in for good measure. All of this is usually rounded off with an evening of watching my beloved (and often disappointing) Leeds United, or playing video games terribly late into the night.
This slightly unhinged belief that I can do anything and everything has followed me into my design life too — working across an array of disciplines, from branding to motion.

A seeker of sun, sea and sushi, you might say I’m a catcher of flights, not feelings. Taking every opportunity to hop abroad, I love to explore and immerse myself in different cultures. You’ll find me glued to the F1 or attempting to learn Japanese when I'm not above the clouds.
On terra firma, I enjoy all things branding, and I have a particular love for motion graphics and animation.

Having studied and spent my entire career in publishing, I recently made the brave leap into the creative agency world. I love working with creative minds, and there are plenty of those at Chaos. Every day brings a new challenge and keeps me on my toes, but my to-do-list, plenty of coffee and good humour can get me through anything.
Outside of work I love hanging out with my dog (and husband), skiing, dark chocolate with ginger, and a good prison documentary.

I love the variety that my role covers—from the range of industries to the diverse array of projects. I am very process-driven, so I enjoy adding order and creating processes to ensure projects run smoothly. My passion outside of work is playing rugby and signing myself up for crazy physical challenges.

Was born a planner and organiser and absolutely love when it all comes together. Whether it’s solving a problem or bouncing ideas around, I find the best answers come from a multitude of minds and teamwork. Individually, I am the person that ensures everything runs smoothly - timelines hit, deliverables delivered, and no detail overlooked. If something’s unclear, I’ll ask the question. Always. People are the best part of my job. I’m curious by nature and always up for hearing what someone’s working on - or what they got up to at the weekend.
In the office, I am known as the snacker, constantly looking for something sweet. Outside the office, I am often organising social events, on a netball court, or off on an adventure with people I’ve only just met. I live for a good story.

I’m a project manager who loves marketing, enjoys keeping everything running smoothly and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients. I get a real kick out of turning big ideas into successful projects and having some fun while doing it.
When I’m not juggling timelines and updating trackers, you’ll probably find me halfway up a climbing wall or planning my next adventure abroad.

Me and Accounts have been friends ever since I can remember. We’ve stuck together throughout the years and teamed up along the way with my 3 Fab kids, 2 cats and a rabbit.
Being a diligent soul I like to do everything in the right order and like to have lots of fun getting there as long as the numbers stack up of course!

Being organised is my thing, and keeping finance running smoothly is my happy place! At home my two young boys keep me on my toes, and if I can juggle lunchboxes, school runs and invoices all in a day, I'm pretty sure I can handle whatever comes my way!

I’m the Office Manager at Chaos, supporting the team across all areas of the studio and keeping on top of any admin they need a hand with. My background includes owning a yoga studio, freelancing as a graphic designer, and working in creative industries in both Australia and the UK. Outside of work, I’m usually singing musicals with my daughter or out walking with my golden retriever, Humphrey Crumble.

I made my first logo in MS Paint when I was 10 — way before I even knew design was a thing. Born in India - I moved to London in 2022 to do a Masters in one thing I have come to love the most - Design. It’s sneaks into most areas of my life - from what’s on my walls to what I wear and even how I organize my to-do lists.
Lately, I’ve been learning to cook (some hits, some disasters), watching way too many interior design videos, and getting lost in crime documentaries.

I've always been fascinated by the human character and our human nature. How we all interact and the joys, conflicts and creativity that this can generate. I try to apply this in all my work, especially when devising the best strategies and messages for the brands we support. For me it's all about being simple, clear and memorable. For relaxation and inspiration? I enjoy hobby farming, classic cars, the great outdoors, films and most of all, socialising with friends and family!

I always dreamt of snow-laden mountains. Barrelling surf breaks. Journeys into the unknown. So after 12 blue-chip marketing years I leapt off the corporate ladder, landing effortlessly in Chamonix, the extreme sports capital of the world.
It inspires me to see with different perspectives. To craft unforgettable words: from straplines to brochures, websites to short films. Some say I’m living the dream. I just say don’t call me on a powder day!

Most 6-year-olds in 1988 were still playing with their own snot. Not me. I put together a ten-game unbeaten Scrabble run against my dad, and began trouncing him regularly. Over 30 years later, I’m still messing with words, but for brands, not points.
When I’m not doing that, I’m out cycling, in playing poker, or somewhere in Europe, watching my beloved Liverpool FC.

Hi, I’m Pinky. My likes include eating, sleeping and getting lots of cuddles from everyone at work. My dislikes include mingling with other dogs and children. But the thing I love the most is being carried around, having to put in minimal effort. Quite frankly, I’m amazing.
