Luton Airport appoints Chaos for UX, digital and wayfinding

Chaos wins Luton’s map redesign project, as well as updating the imagery to their website.

Isometric mapping is being developed and rolled out, to make the user experience better across the airport website.

Chaos have also undergone a site audit for UX and highlighted some immediate changes that be implemented to reflect the airports growing destination routes. Luton is currently undergoing extensive construction with exciting brands being launched shortly across airport and imagery selection will mirror the airports investment in retail.
