eCRM Strategy for Heathrow Express
Chaos have been asked by Heathrow Express to help with their eCRM strategy.
We started by profiling their email base to identify their audience and then developed a tailored email marketing strategy for each audience. Following on, we identified the key groups entering the email base and developed a strong strategy to encourage the contacts to become repeat customers that engage positively with the brand.
