Brand refresh for global talent management organisation
Cubiks is a global organisation helping businesses understand their people by offering talent management solutions. Realising that their identity needed to project Cubik’s intelligent solutions as well as their proposition ‘people matter’ in a forward thinking way.
They engaged Chaos to conduct a brand audit, a series of interviews and cross country research, analyzing existing and potential clients to ascertain what would move them to the next level.
Chaos initially underwent a competitor audit, delivering a brand refresh which aligned to their values. The identity was refreshed with a tonal colour palette and Chaos created brand guidelines for the internal teams to follow; updating sales tools, their online presence as well as looking at photography styling and video content.
A wonderful team to work with and a true representation of living the brand – good work comes from great briefs and strong teams.

Chaos has re-designed Cubiks's website as part of their recent re-brand project, also completed by Chaos.
A design system was employed and built which enables staff to create and update pages which are distinct, on-brand and highly functional.
The design system comprises of many interchangeable elements...everything from typography, layout styles, iconography to branded imagery - all of which can be used in countless ways to build unique and engaging pages.
This freedom ultimately helps to quickly synchronise the dynamic site with their sales and marketing requirements and objectives.
