Chaos collaborated closely with iPrism’s leadership through strategic workshops to craft a robust brand DNA that encapsulates their purpose, positioning, principles, personality, and proposition. The result was a clear and compelling brand narrative centred on "Experience Effortless Underwriting."
This proposition highlights iPrism’s dedication to delivering straightforward, stress-free insurance solutions by blending traditional service values with modern technology. The defined brand DNA - rooted in transparency, ambition, and continuous improvement - ensures iPrism’s mission resonates with brokers and clients, reinforcing their position as an industry benchmark for customer-centric insurance solutions.

To align with iPrism’s evolved brand DNA, Chaos developed a dynamic visual language that embodies their commitment to exceptional, effortless insurance solutions. The new visual language introduces a unique brand mark inspired by iPrism’s values of transparency, solutions-led innovation, and forward-thinking expertise.
The design features a fluid, adaptive prism motif, symbolising the network of partnerships and tailored solutions across iPrism’s core services: Construction, Property, and Private Clients Insurance. A vibrant colour palette and streamlined iconography ensure clear differentiation between service lines while maintaining cohesive brand recognition. This refreshed visual identity amplifies iPrism’s approachable yet confident personality, creating a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints.

Challenge
As a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA), Iprism has evolved significantly, developing deep expertise and a strong, broker-centric ethos. The company identified an opportunity to align its digital presence with its advanced capabilities. The existing website needed to better articulate the firm's value beyond its origins as an "E-Wholesaler" and create a more intuitive journey for its specialist insurance broker partners. The key challenge was to transform the website into a dynamic, integrated platform that fully showcased Iprism's expertise and streamlined processes for both new and existing broker partners.
Our approach and what we achieved
Our entire approach was guided by a simple, friendly promise: "Experience Effortless Underwriting". To bring this to life, we focused on making every interaction with the new website a positive one.
We started by redesigning the site completely around the broker's world. Instead of a generic product list, the navigation is now organised by broker specialisms, such as Construction, Property, and Private Clients. This intuitive structure means brokers can instantly find the right products and expert contacts, saving them valuable time and making their daily work much simpler.
The platform now perfectly blends technology with a human touch. Brokers have the efficiency of the 24/7 "Quota" online portal for instant quotes, but they also have the reassurance of knowing they can easily reach a real person on one of the specialist underwriting teams.
It's also now much simpler for new brokers to join the Iprism family. A welcoming "Become a Broker" page clearly explains the benefits of partnership, creating a positive first impression and a simple way to get started.
Ultimately, this friendly, broker-focused approach has successfully transformed the website into a welcoming and highly effective platform. It has strengthened relationships with the broker community and built a fantastic foundation for future growth.
