As Heathrow’s lead BTL creative agency, we worked on the “T2 is history” refurbishment campaign for Terminal 2 in 2009. Now we’re helping everyone say hello to the sparkling new version in 2014.
In spite of its name, Terminal 2 was Heathrow’s first terminal when it was opened in 1955. Many famous names came though it and now it’s re-opening in 2014 and rebranded The Queen’s Terminal. For the delicate naming strategy needing Royal approval, Chaos consulted on naming options and styling. We subsequently created guidelines and an informative video to make sure that the wording is correctly followed in various communication channels such as online, signage, broadcast and spoken word.
