ESPA returns to partner with Chaos

Having created the ESPA brand at the outset along with various integrated communications from packaging, POs and literature over the years, Chaos has been asked to work with the company again after a few years apart. Reappointed following a pitch Chaos is helping refresh the company’s marketing communications and developing a brand awareness advertising campaign strategy for what has become an increasingly competitive skincare market.

Initial new projects includes writing and designing an ESPA brand book, consumer and trade awareness and product advertising and consumer POS collateral.

ESPA has grown to become a 650 spa business in 55 countries, delivering 3.5 million treatments a year. For us it has been great to see what was an emerging entrepreneurial brand we helped create all those years ago become a well established international brand today.
