Aberdeen and Stansted airports land at Chaos

Looking to improve customer awareness and interaction after their breakaway from BAA ownership, both Aberdeen and Stansted airports appointed Chaos to manage their eCRM activity.

Already aware of our eCRM work with Heathrow and impressed by our knowledge of the airport business, the two airports independently appointed us after a 5 way pitch. We are now handling their customer eDM activities across a range of services, from data management and strategy to segmentation, design, build, deployment and analytics of trigger, solus and eNewsletters.

Within months, both Airports have increased their active databases and seen significant improvements in their digital communications management.
