The whole world around us is our research
and development centre, because that is where Chaos
comes from. Our eyes, ears and minds are open all
the time. Open to influence, persuasion, change and
learning, as is our culture and studio environment.
We're often asked 'where did that
idea come from?' The truth is that all our ideas come
from the client. However unusual or inspired the end
result, it all begins and ends with the client. It's
a team thing. Great clients and good briefs enable
great ideas and allow excellent results.
Quality of human contact certainly
enhances that process. The direct involvement between
our senior consultants and clients is just as important
to the end result as the interaction between all the
relevant researchers, designers, writers, devils'
advocates, visionaries and anyone else who we use
to create order, form and function from Chaos thinking.
